Damian Cisneros built his career across four states: Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington, spending 13 years on job sites of every size, learning every phase of construction from the ground up. Framing, finishing, project management, crew leadership; he's done it all from boots to blueprints.
In 2024, he brought that experience home to Eastern Washington and founded Premier Construction & Design with a simple belief: clients deserve a builder who shows up, communicates clearly, and takes personal pride in every project, no matter the size.
